CEG Test House And Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Late Professor Alam Singh, with the aim of providing the best services in the field of Geotechnical engineering, Topographical surveys and Laboratory testing of materials.  A renowned practicing engineer in India and author of a number of books and papers in the field of Geotechnical engineering, was largely responsible for the modernization of Laboratory testing facilities of  CEGTH.

CEGTH has highly qualified and dedicated professionals, which include engineers, scientists, technicians, chemist etc. We follow a well-structured quality assurance system. CEGTH is well equipped with modern testing facilities for conducting laboratory and  field investigations related to shallow and deep foundations of all types of modern structures such as Multistory Buildings, Bridges, Solar Thermal Power Plants, Dams, Overhead Tanks etc. and other relevant field investigations related to Road Pavements, Railways, Airfields, Pipe lines Sewerage Treatment plants etc. Testing of construction materials such as, Aggregate, Soil, Rock, Steel, Cement, Bitumen, Water, Concrete, are conducted in this laboratory under NABL accreditation and products such as Cement, Industrial Bitumen, Cement Concrete Tiles,  Steel, under BIS certification.

CEGTH has also proved his expertise in the field of environmental monitoring and analysis. The test house has capabilities to measure the Ambient air quality parameters like Total suspended particulate matter(PM10, PM2.5), Gaseous pollutants like NOx, SO2, CO etc,  Noise monitoring, Water and Waste water analysis for environmental impact assessment studies.

CEGTH has obtained accreditation from NABL equivalent to NAMAS and also recognized from BIS for performing tests according to the international acceptable standards thus maintaining its leading edge as a testing laboratory of national repute by implementing a quality system committed to the needs of its valued customers.
